Who we work with
- Retail partners: perfumeries, car detailers, concept stores, chains and online retailers. Trade price list, tester and display programme, annual bonus.
- Distributors: exclusive territory supply with distributor pricing, pallet shipping and a joint market plan.
How ordering works
- Get access: accounts are created by ELIA MOR only. Click "Request shop access" below, add the e-mail addresses that should be able to order and send the e-mail. Then log in at account.eliamor.de: enter your e-mail address, you receive a one-time code by e-mail, no password needed.
- Open the trade catalogue: every item in one table with SKU, carton size, minimum quantity and your net price. Enter quantities and add everything to the cart in one step.
- Check out: VAT and DHL shipping are calculated automatically. Retail partners pay at checkout, distributors submit the order for review and receive a pro-forma invoice.
Your order history and reorders are available in your account at any time.
Conditions at a glance
- Minimum order value EUR 500 net per order (distributors EUR 5,000).
- Diffuser sets are packed in cartons of 24 and ordered in full cartons. Refills and sprays in units of 2.
- Payment: orders below EUR 3,000 net are paid in full at checkout. From EUR 3,000 net you can pay in full or request a 50 % deposit invoice in the cart: 50 % within 10 working days, 50 % within 14 days after delivery. Distributors always order with 50 % deposit against pro-forma invoice. Net terms after credit check.
- Shipping by DHL, calculated by weight at checkout. Orders from stock ship within 2 weeks of order confirmation.
- Prestige Collection: pre-order now, delivery from January 2027.
- Every first order of a stationary point of sale includes three counter testers (one per fragrance, EUR 6.00 each). One Marble Display free of charge per full EUR 1,000 net order value, at most one per point of sale.
- Annual bonus 5 / 8 / 10 % from EUR 10,000 / 20,000 / 35,000 paid annual volume, applied automatically.
- Every order is placed under the Retailer Terms EM-LEGAL-RET-2027 (retail partners, chains, online retailers) or the Distributor Terms EM-LEGAL-DIS-2027 (distributors). You confirm them in the cart with each order; the consumer terms of this shop do not apply to trade orders.
